3D glasses from Samsung

Samsung has introduced 3D glasses at the CES-2011.

These are the lightest glasses in the world and Samsung, in collaboration with Silhouette, an Austrian company, managed to reduce the weight of the glasses by 10 grams. These 3D glasses are made of advanced materials and weigh only 28 grams. These 3D glasses can also automatically detect whether they are in use or not and have a power on/off system that works on its own.

As earlier reported by us, Samsung Mobile Display has showcased a 19 inch qFHD transparent AMOLED display to be used for monitors and TVs. This is the world’s first prototype of the world’s largest transparent AMOLED display. During CES-2011 they will also introduce a 4.5 inch WVGA flexible AMOLED display. This display offers the world’s highest flexible display resolution.

As reported earlier, Samsung has no started making forays into other products with their OLED technology. We will wait for more updates from the company.
