4D Systems Introduced New OLED Graphic Controller GOLGELOX-SGC

4D Systems has introduced GOLDELOX-SGC, the third out-and-out graphic controller. It is designed for most popular µOLED and µLCD display panels.

This latest chip has numerous integrated features including image, animation, graphics, text, creation of complex sound and new software tools as well.

With the new software tools the chip can interface easily with different types of displays showing the resolution of up to 256 x 256 with a CPU interface of 80 series and 8 bit width within a few minutes. This can be used for production of better OLED television.

The software tools in GOLDELOX-SGC also allow the user to select any personalized font or Windows fonts and to change the splash screen display.

The chip enables to save time and money by allowing the designers to concentrate only to the ultimate User Interface and the criteria for total high quality design.

The chip can be used in medical applications, elevator control system, gaming and security equipments, other than classic display equipments like OLED television.
