Calrec has recently launched an audio mixer of unbelievable magnitude  with OLED display. Most people will be unaware of this superb technological wonder. This new product, called Apollo, is a digital audio console consisting of knobs and sliders that are easy on the eyes but can work wonders in the area of digital audio consoles.

It’s a revolutionary control surface that takes user configuration to hitherto unknown levels. Apollo control surface manages these channels using more than 12 layers and up to 320 physical faders.

Apollo was showcased in National Association of Broadcasters show in 2009. The specialty of this concept is that each control can change color to reflect the assigned function or group, with own display for monitoring individual status.

 It features OLED displays and touch screens to provide even more feedback on function and status.
