The new HighLight FAP 60/810 System for OLED

 Coherent Inc. has unveiled their new HighLight FAP 60/810 System.

It is a turnkey diode laser system with fiber delivery using an outputting power at 810 nm to provide 60 Watts of power. This system is used for FRIT welding of OLED display panels with superior uniformity, convenience and reliability.

Some of the features of this system include high power stability and a jitter free and fast risetime. One can also opt for the four lens imager for variable magnification and a perfect irradiance profile at the work surface. The fiber delivery minimizes downtime and reduces cost in the extreme industrial environments.

This system welds OLED screens for smart phones. Once the screens are created they are fused together before the singulation of the device. Hence there is no peripheral material damage.
