Hisense finally made their debut in the OLED market with their new OLED TV panel.
This new OLED TV has a 15 inch display and was showcased during CES-2011 at Las Vegas, Nevada. Hisense has plans to launch this TV in the market in the current year.
Hisense is a Chinese state owned enterprise and has 13 manufacturing units in the country besides their overseas units in countries like France, Egypt, Hungary, South Africa and Algeria.
The Hisense OLED TV, besides offering a 15 inch AMOLED Net TV panel also gives the viewers a 12 Hz HDTV experience. It has a contrast ratio of 100,000:1, a wider gamut of colors and offers a free viewing angle. The brightness has been enhanced considerably and there is a faster response time for full motion videos.
The Hisense OLED TV is also more durable than an LCD or LED TV and is lightweight.
