Kateevas T Jet was founded in 2008. Since then Kateevas has been developing innovative technologies related to flat panel displays.
The latest news from Kateevas T Jet is that they have come up with a method that will enable them to manufacture larger and cheaper OLED TV panels.
This will be done by the deposition of OLED materials with T Jet, a micro dryer and with inkjet printers. It will help OLED TV manufacturers use larger substrates and Gen 8.5, which will result in the production of larger OLED TV panels.
The OLED TV panels that are produced now are made with the help of Gen 3.5 substrates. This restricts the size of the OLED TV panels to 61 centimeters by 72 centimeters.
The co-founder and CEO of Kateevas T Jet claimed that the production of larger OLED TVs with the new technology will cost only 70 percent of the LCD and LED TVs.
