MBraun has announced to sell OLED TV to the display makers which include Samsung and LG.
On the basis of the recent orders it is suggested that they will be able to come up with these products by the year 2011. According to the manufacturing company, it is possible to make about up to 42 inch OLED TVs. The necessary solutions for scale up from the smaller displays are easily available these days.
The manufacturing unit of MBraun is known for offering the optimally designed tools for production and development in the various applications. The company sells apparatus for PLED/OLED research and development which also includes the TFD or the thin film deposition inside the glove box.
A new display technology called the Organic Light Emitting Diodes or OLED is being used in the OLED TVs. These televisions are thinner, more efficient and brighter compared to the PLASMA TVs or the LCD TVs.
