OLED Light Design Conference

The OLED Lighting Design Conference is a first of its kind.

The conference, held through two days, discusses the future of OLED lighting technology. It was scheduled to be held at Hyatt Harborside at the Logan International Airport of Boston in Massachusetts.

Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) of North America, International Association of lighting Designers (IALD) of Illinois and the Professional Lighting Designers’ Association have come forward to help OLED Insider to organize the Summit.

The conference is expected to have more than a hundred light design professionals. These lighting experts will discuss the future prospects of the OLED technology in producing innovative lights.

The OLED technology has opened up several avenues in the lighting and television industry. The Organic Light Emitting Diode is also being used in mobile phones, computers and other small devices. Portable, flexible and even water resistant OLED panels have been manufactured. 

The summit will throw some light on how the viewing angle and color range can be improved with the OLED technology.
