Two new OLED monitors from Sony

At the Hollywood Post Alliance Tech Retreat to be held from 14th to 18th February Sony is planning to introduce two new professional OLED monitors.

These two new monitors are 2D and have been manufactured using the same technology that Sony showed during CES-2011. What this could mean is that Sony is planning to use this technology for creating large sized monitors of 24.5 inch.

Another product that Sony showed during CES-2011 was the prototype of the 24.5 inch consumer autostereo OLED display that can be viewed without the user having to wear glasses.

Sony is also planning to introduce another new autostereo product. This will be a 3D monitor but one that will require glasses to view. The only professional model available in the market now is the PVM-740 from Sony that has a 7.4 inch OLED display panel. It is possible that the new product will be part of the KDL-ZX series.
