Performance of 15 inch OLED TV from LG

It was no secret that LG would unveil its 15 inch OLED TV at the IFA 2009.

When it was finally brought to the public eye, it swept every one off their feet. It is a feast for the eyes.

The brilliant color and contrast ratio makes the image quality flawless. The contrast ratio of the 15 inch OLED TV is better than all other 15 inch televisions in the market. The TV looks ultra slim and cannot be more than a couple of millimeters. 

There were no details mentioned by the company. LG did not discuss the development of the OLED technology at the press conference held at the IFA. The company preferred to talk about their new line of LCD TVs with LH9000 LED screens. These have a contrast ratio of 3,000,000 to 1.

Jeong Woo Choi, an LG engineer, revealed that the 15 OLED TV might be launched in December this year. We can expect more response from the actual users in coming few months.
