Just a few days back the news reporting Sony’s disinterest in developing any other advance and larger OLED TVs after the 11 inch XEL 1 had shocked the gadget lovers. The news also featured the quoted words of a Sony spokesman revealing the company’s lack of interest for OLED displays.
But immediately after the news was flashed, the Sony Electronics U.S has fervently disagreed with the idea of Sony as giving up on the development and production of OLED TV.
The company spokesman has highlighted the fact that Sony has already prepared an investment plan of 22 billion yen for increasing the productivity of more advance OLED technology based larger displays some of which may be exhibited by the company in the next CES.
This emphasizes the company’s commitment in developing and producing improved OLED TVs which may lead us to get a larger XEL 1 from Sony very soon! You never know!
