Visionox, a Chinese company, is ready to start working on OLED display technology.
Their first AMOLED line of products has seen the start of a trial production. Kunshan in China is the place where Visionox has planned the start of the trial production.
For starters, Visionox has planned to manufacture panels ranging from 3 to 12 inches. Their future plans include the production of 12 to 17 inch OLED devices. The 12 to 17 inch OLED devices can be used for Notebooks, Netbooks and computer monitors. It is currently not known when this is planned.
Since now, there was no work on AMOLED lines in China. Market observers have noted that Visionox is the first company to start production on AMOLED line in the country. China is a big market and Visionox will be looking to tap this market along with the global market with its new line of AMOLED displays.
