United Keys has announced the launch of OLED keyboards that will give tough competition to the expensive versions available in the market. United Keys OLED keyboard is said to have 9 programmable buttons. Each of these buttons has a 64×64 pixel monochromatic OLED screen.
Users can use software available with the keyboard to design customized icons. Users also have the liberty to load separate keys for the softwares. The 9 keypad is priced at $199, while the 9 OLED keys come for $259.
Designated as the “poor man’s Optimus”, the OLED keyboard from United Keys are unique in itself. The installation is easy with help of software over USB. United Keys promised to extend the supports to Linux and Mac software by the latter half of this year.
