Video compares NOVA LCD, Super AMOLED and Retina Display

There is this video doing rounds of the Internet that shows the comparison between the NOVA LCD Display by LG, a Super AMOLED display on Samsung’s Galaxy S phone and the Retina Display on Apple’s iPhone 4.

It may be noted that the Retina Display on iPhone 4 is also an LCD display.

As per LG, the NOVA LCD display is 50% brighter than conventional LCD displays. LG also states that the NOVA LCD display will consume about half the power that is being consumed on an AMOLED display on a white screen.
